The most embarrassing thing about me

I once dressed in drag for a fancy dress party and I was the only person that wore a costume. I still stand by that I was in the right.. although, it was a 'fancy' dress party where you wear your best suit and tie.. There I was, wearing one of my sister's dresses and caked in make up. It was a bit embarrassing at the time but ooh la la I looked fabulous darling 😅

The weirdest thing about me

Probably the way I talk to animals as if they have the slightest idea what I'm talking about.. but I like to think they do-a-little. I will also mimic their reply back in whatever voice suits their character.

Biggest achievement

1. Gaining my CASI qualification to become a snowboard instructor 🤙 2. Being Martin Wishart's first apprentice chef

Fun fact

I once had my lunch cooked for me personally by Gordon Ramsay.. On stage.. in front of 1000 people. He complimented my style (atrocious) and I think I just laughed in reply with a red face. It was a delicious meal 👌

What do you like about working with Edge

I love the variety in my role. One day I'm cooking the "Good morning burger" from the Simpsons with a client and another day I'm climbing up a river in a wetsuit or skiing. Every day is different! 

What I enjoy doing outside of work

Capoeira, making music, cooking and camping.

Makes me different

When it comes to activities and thrills I will always have a go, even if I find it scary. I have to try any opportunity that comes my way or I won't forgive myself after. If you never try you'll never know!
