We offer a selection of delivery options, when ordering merchandise, to let you select the best option at checkout to suit you!

  • Flat Rate: Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery, 2-5 working days

  • Local pickup from Edge HQ

Returns Information

Need to return or exchange something? Not a problem, we’ve got you covered! 

  • Items can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the order and must be accompanied by a completed returns form supplied with your order

  • We do not offer free returns, however, we will send out exchanges free of charge

  • We advise that items returned are tracked as we can not be held liable for items lost in the post

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will process the refund and aim to do this within 1 week of receiving the returned items

  • Refunds can take up to 5-10 working days to be processed and be visible in your account

  • We do not issue refunds on underwear or sales items, if the product is faulty a replacement will be sent out

  • Exchanges only apply to the same item in different colour or size

Sale or Clearance Items

If any of our awesome pieces of clothing or accessories are on sale, it generally means that our stocks are running low and we are therefore unable to offer an exchange. If however, the item ordered is faulty in any way, we will of course offer a refund if we are unable to replace it.
