Join the Snowsport Squad and shred the slopes this winter with the Edge Snowsport Crew!
We're heading west to Glasgow for an epic day of bowling, pizza lunch and snowsports. The awesome instructors from DSUK will be expertly guiding you to skiing greatness with the support of TeamEdge Outdoor Adventure Leaders.
Whether you're a seasoned pro on the slopes or have never put a pair of ski boots on, you are guaranteed to build confidence, improve your technique and most importantly, have lots of FUN!!
Meet @ Edge HQ ready to leave at 9am (sharp!) this will be followed by an additional pick-up en route at 9:30am at Hermiston Gait
We’ve partnered with our good friends at DSUK to bring you a snowsport club with a twist - ten-pin bowling in the morning, followed by a yummy pizza lunch before skiing or snowboarding* in the afternoon.

What it's like
What's included
Experienced, expert adaptive snowsport instructors from Disability Snowsport UK
All equipment, including skis/boards, boots, and helmets are provided.
Slope passes are also included
Enjoy a delicious lunch at the bowling alley with your snowsport club friends.
Pizza and drinks will be served to fuel you up for the afternoon of snowsport lessons!
Start each snowsport club session with a ten-pin bowling tournament. Get to know your fellow Snowsport Club chums and challenge the team to see who will top the Edge Snowsport Club Bowling League.
Edge's Outdoor Activity Leaders have many years' experience supporting autistic and learning disabled young people you are in very safe hands.

What's not included
TRAVEL
You must self-travel to the meeting points at either Edge HQ in Musselburgh or Hermiston Gait. Kit List
What you will need to bring with you:
- Gloves - Gloves are ESSENTIAL
- Long/Warm Socks are ESSENTIAL
- Trainer socks are not recommended
- Snacks & a drink - lunch is provided but club sessions are fairly active days, make sure you bring a bottle of water and extra snacks as needed
- Any medication (asthma inhalers etc)
It will be very cold on the slopes so please dress appropriately
All other items of equipment are supplied: helmet, snowboards/skis & boots
If you have your own ski clothing, please feel free to bring this along
Note: we cannot accommodate you bringing your own skis or boards, skis/board and boots will be provided
