Supported Respite Adventure Breaks
Our supported respite adventure short breaks and international trips are open to anyone (18-35 years old) who has submitted a referral form and is eligible to use our services.
Try new things, travel independently and make new friends for life on one of our adventure breaks. Whether you are joining us for an adventure in the Highlands or catching some waves with us in sunnier climes, you are guaranteed to have the time of your life!
Supported Epic Days Out
Our supported epic days out are ideal for those who are new to our services: it’s an opportunity to try new things, meet new friends, and meet our team. These are group activities and follow a seasonal programme of water-based activities in the spring and summer months then land-based activities in the winter months.
These epic days out have been designed with our supported day services in mind and can be used as “taster” sessions for our other services such as Supported Day Services and/or 1:1 support.

“It is never just about the adventure. It is about autistic and ASN young adults building confidence and improving social success, meeting new friends and reconnecting with old ones and most of all, laughing till their sides hurt.”
